These terms describe an independent business sourcing coordination service. The service may organize buyer requirements, communicate questions, compare supplier-provided information and support sample or document follow-up. It does not sell inventory or manufacture products, holds no brand authorization, provides no medical advice and does not warrant a supplier's statements.

Buyer responsibilities

The buyer is responsible for accurate intended-use information, specifications, quantities, destination, timing, budget instructions and acceptance criteria. The buyer independently evaluates proposed suppliers, models, samples, claims, documents, prices and delivery terms and obtains qualified legal, regulatory, clinical, electrical or other professional advice where needed.

Supplier information

Availability, minimum quantities, specifications, files, timing and commercial terms remain supplier statements until confirmed for the exact quotation. Public references and catalog names are inquiry aids, not endorsements. No content guarantees treatment, cure, prevention, savings, lowest price, certification or fitness for a purpose.

Inquiries and orders

Submitting a form starts a review; it does not create an order or obligate any supplier. Any purchase requires separate written terms between the relevant parties. Buyers should preserve quote revisions, sample approvals, document scope and unresolved items before authorization.
