Inquiry data practices

Handheld Massager Source Privacy Policy

This policy explains how information submitted for a sourcing inquiry may be used to review the request, coordinate relevant supplier questions and respond about the procurement task. Submit only information your organization is authorized to share.

Information submitted

An inquiry can include contact and company details, product configuration, intended use, quantities, destination, timing, packaging, document needs, optional budget and supplier preference. Do not submit health records, payment credentials or sensitive personal data through the requirements field.

Purpose and disclosure

Information may be used to structure a comparable request, communicate with appropriate service providers or prospective suppliers and maintain a record of the buyer's instructions. Only the scope reasonably needed for the sourcing task should be shared. A supplier's participation does not mean that Handheld Massager Source has approved or certified it.

Retention and choices

Records may be retained as needed for the inquiry, operational records and applicable obligations. Buyers may use the published inquiry route to request access, correction or deletion where applicable. Browser storage used by the sourcing-benefit notice may retain the original first-display timestamp so the nonrenewable display limit remains enforceable after a browser restart. This control record is not used for marketing profiling and does not contain inquiry content. The banner-close state lasts only for the current browser session.

Security limits

Reasonable handling practices do not eliminate every transmission or storage risk. The service does not request medical information and cannot verify that a buyer's internal authorization covers every submitted item.
